Cold Brew Black Caf

This delicious drink was made famous in Disney as their Starwars Darkside theme coffee. This drink is made with a bold Dark Coffee Roast, that is topped with sweet cream cheese foam and Cocoa Puffs cereal for fun. It can be enjoyed in both hot and iced forms.

We will share our version of this drink using Moon Coffee Italian Dark Roast and 5 additional ingreidants.

What you need

2 oz of cream cheese

4 oz of milk (your choice)

4 oz of heavy whipping cream

2 TBSP sugar

Cocoa Puff for garnish

Mix the ingredients

Make sure your cheese cream is soft to begin with. Add it to sugar milk and Heavy Cream and mix, ideally hand mixer.

Make your Dark Coffee

Clearly our choice is Moon Coffee Italian Dark Roast. You can keep it hot or get a cup of Ice for the iced version.

Ready to enjoy

Once your foam is thick and airy it is ready. Pour yourself a cup of coffee add the foam and top it with Cocoa Puffs. Enjoy.
