Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha

Step 1: Peppermint Syrup
What you need

Mint Leaves (or extract)
Sugar
Water
Combine equal parts sugar and water in a pot, and bring to a boil. (You really don't need much 1/4 cup or more if you want the syrup for future use.) Stir, and you will see the sugar dissolve into the water.
Reduce the heat to low and add in your mint leaves or extract. After two minutes, remove the leaves and pour the syrup into a glass or microwave safe container.

Step 2: White Chocolate
What you need

Whole Milk or your favorite dairy
White Chocolate
Pour 1 cup of milk into a pot and place over a medium heat. Once it is properly warm, add in 1 cup of white chocolate and stir. Lower the heat and continue to stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

Save for later
Step 3: Espresso
Grab your desired Moon Coffee Bean and grind for espresso. Your choice to have a single shot or double shot for your drink.

Pour the shot(s) in your mug.
Step 4: Combine Everything
Add in the white chocolate milk into the espresso.
You can just enjoy your White Chocolate Mocha at this point.

We are going with a Peppermint Foam topping. Combine the peppermint syrup, (as much as you want but a little goes a long way.) with a some milk and mix to create the foam. For decorations, crush a candy cane, and pour the foam on top of the White Chocolate Mocha. For a finishing touch, add the candy cane dust and you are set!
