Fun and Simple
This is what you will need
- your favorite Moon Coffee Beans
- Ice if you want an Ice version
Tools
- Coffee Grinder
- French Press
- Water Kettle
Start
Grind your Moon Coffee Beans until you reach a course size, while doing so you will heat some water in a kettle (never let the water boil, if it comes to a boil let it stand before combining the beans and the water.)
Pour the grounds into the French Press then add the hot water. Once the water is in with a wooden spoon gently stir the grounds, at this point you should see some of the grounds fall to the floor. After around 30 seconds cover your French Press and push the plunger down just enough to cover the top. Set the timer for 4 mins.
We Wait
As we wait for the Coffee to fully infuse into the water we take a cup and scoop in a spoon filled with condensed milk. Be aware it could get messy, but the bottom of the cup should have a beautiful cream color.
By this time the 4 minutes should be up, and now you are ready to add a delicious cup of Moon Coffee into your cup.
Magic
Now you slowly pour the Moon Coffee into the cup as you do you will see the dark coffee slightly lighten up in color. After you fill your cup, if you are using a see through cup you will notice an amazing two color split. Cream color in the bottom and dark color above it.
Here is your opportunity to make magic. With your coffee spoon you begin to stir the coffee and your dark coffee will change to a caramel ish color depending of the amount of condensed milk in your cup.
Once the floor is cleared of condensed milk you are ready to drink, but for those that want an ice version, you will have a second cup filled with ice ready. You will pour your hot beverage in and now you are ready for a wonderful treat!
